Video documentation is a vital part of the work of supporting innovation in education in B.C. The growing archive of inclusive education videos shared here consists of professionally produced pedagogy films and Webinar series concerned with themes that include place, inclusion, inquiry, literacy, numeracy, culturally responsive teaching, Indigenous education and assessment.
You will find videos situated in diverse contexts including rural education. Artifacts include videos co-developed in Growing Innovation projects, video documentation of Small Schools Think Tanks, a series focused on “Voices of Rural Education” as well as documentation of the encounter of First Nations and mainstream schooling in contemporary education.
We hope you may be inspired to develop your own digital storywork, as a way to inquire about your own collaborative work in education, and to speak to those who may follow us in this important work.
